NHS NSS supports customers to deliver NHS services more efficiently and effectively throughout Scotland. We offer shared services on a national scale using best-in-class systems and standards. Our aim is to help our customers save money and free up resources so they can be re-invested into essential services. NSS is playing a crucial and continuing role supporting the remobilisation of NHS Scotland.
Our plans in support of the Remobilise, Recover, Redesign Framework have been approved by Scottish Government. These plans contain the key priorities we will deliver against in support of our partners, our NHS, and the people of Scotland.
By connecting with partners and stakeholders in other public bodies, NSS uses our national position to ensure our services, solutions and programmes of work are aligned to, coordinated with, and enable regional and local activities.

MITERA General Clinic, Maternity / Gynecological Clinic & Children’s Hospital has established itself as a reference center for the whole family and for all ages. MITERA, with 45 years of operation, is the most organized private hospital in Greece, providing integrated health services of high standards for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of any health problem.
MITERA has three clinics, the General Clinic, the MITERA Maternity / Gynecological Clinic and the most comprehensive private pediatric clinic in Greece, the MITERA Children’s Hospital. At MITERA Clinics, care and the provision of high quality nursing services are the primary goal. On call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, physicians, nurses, and midwives, supported by a full staff of administrative and technical services, treat any medical emergency.
Region Hovedstaden (Capital Region of Denmark) is one of five administrative regions in Denmark. It encompasses the greater Copenhagen area and parts of North Zealand, serving a population of approximately 1.8 million people. The region is responsible for healthcare services, including hospitals, psychiatry, and general practitioners, as well as regional development and public transportation planning. The region operates 6 hospitals spread across 10 sites.
The region has an ambitious goal to reduce CO₂ emissions by 50% by 2030 and to become climate neutral by 2050. 70% of the region’s CO₂ emissions come from products, pharmaceuticals, and medical equipment used in patient care. To achieve this goal, a strategy is required for transitioning from single-use equipment to reusable equipment as well as increasing recycling and refurbishing.
Galician Health Service (SERGAS)

The Galician Health Service (Servizo Galego de Saude), also known by its acronym SERGAS, is the agency of the autonomous adminstration of Galicia responsible for public healthcare in that autonomous community. It was created in 1989, when healthcare powers were transferred to the Regional Government of Galicia. It integrates all the healthcare centers and services of the Galician regional administration, over which it exercises direction and management, with the aim of guaranteeing healthcare. It is an autonomous administrative agency directed by the Ministry of Healthcare of the Regional Government of Galicia.
ACIS is the Galician Public Health System instrument used to optimally disseminate knowledge since the time it emerges until it is transferred to society. To achieve this, it includes the following in the same value chain:
