Short description of your organisation: Team Jump helps organisations get their people taking practical action on sustainability. We design and run custom sustainability engagement and behaviour change programmes for NHS trusts, universities, councils and large employers, combining a digital platform and app with hands-on support from our engagement experts. Staff log everyday actions, earn rewards and see their impact, and our clients get clear data on who is taking part and what it has achieved. We’ve worked in this space since 2011 have delivered more than 30 programmes across different NHS Trusts, and won the Sustainable Partnerships in Health Carbon Award in 2024.

Describe what your organisation is looking for in a joint tender:We’re looking for a lead supplier or consortium building a digital solution for one or more of the REHEAL components, especially lifecycle traceability (Component 1) or operational management and recovery (Component 2). Circular systems only work if clinical and support staff use them consistently: scanning, returning and sorting devices and textiles correctly, every shift. We’d like to join a consortium that sees staff adoption as a core part of its solution, and wants a partner to help deliver that work.

Describe what your organisation offers in a joint tender: We offer a ready-made way to drive and measure staff adoption across the Buyers Group hospitals. That includes:

Engagement programmes for theatre, ward and sterile services teams, focused on the specific behaviours your solution relies on
Communications, training content and in-person engagement to build clinician confidence in reusable and remanufactured devices
Participation and action data that feeds your evidence on uptake, compliance and impact
Experience of delivering programmes with NHS trusts and universities, including the University of Edinburgh’s staff and student Sustainability Rewards programme

We can lead a staff engagement and adoption work package, from co-design with each buyer through to pilot reporting.
